Time: 9:00 am-9:45 am
Join us for an opportunity to practice mindfulness at the City Meadow nature path. The program will begin with a brief introduction of walking meditation, followed by 30-40 minutes of silent walking meditation. Anyone unable to walk for that length of time is invited to sit on the City Meadow Overlook benches as an alternative. Meet at Robertson Plaza at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 22.
