Food Explorers: Homemade Pasta

Join Megan, Registered Dietitian from Food Explorers to make homemade pasta for your family! You’ll learn how to mix, knead, roll and cut your own fettuccine without needing a pasta machine! Using just a rolling pin and some muscles, you’ll have perfect pasta in no time. This event is family friendly and will be conducted using Zoom.

You will need the following ingredients for this recipe:

  • 2 eggs,
  • AP flour
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • your choice of sauce
  • your choice of side
