Modern Calligraphy Workshop

It’s time for holiday cards! Make yours special with the popular and playful Modern Calligraphy taught by calligrapher Debby Reelitz. You will learn where this lettering style comes from, strategies on how to create this style, and end with a project. Bring a short quote (3-8 words) with you. You will also need several sheets of paper and a lettering tool, which will be provided by the Library to the first 20 patrons who register. Be sure to pick one up at the Library before the program. This program is a great chance for both adults and teens to learn about the importance of hand lettering in a digital world and why it is still relevant.
