Post-Pandemic Life: How to Move Forward

Fourteen months have elapsed since the world as we knew it changed drastically. A lot of us stayed safe, continued working, and met each new challenge of the pandemic as they arrived. Yet with Covid cases declining and vaccinations widely available, a lot of us feel a mental burden from this last year. Identified as “languishing” in a May article of the NY Times, this mental burden has overwhelmed our joy and hinders our progress forward across many facets of our life. This presentation focuses on the science behind languishing and the steps we can take to reclaim our joy and purpose.
